“Working days” refer to Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Local Shipping (Egypt)

Delivery times vary depending on the city.

Occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high seasonal demand.

 

International Shipping

International delivery takes 7–10 days, depending on your location.

Customs delays vary by country and are not our responsibility.

Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are NOT included in the delivery fee and must be paid by the customer.

Shipping prices cover packages up to 2 kilos.

If your order exceeds 2 kilos, additional shipping fees will apply.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
